Cabrillo Nantional Monument

Cory at school last Friday preparing for the Fun Run. We went to watch him and cheer him on.

The extremely low tide back on a Saturday in April at Point Loma. (Cabrillo National Monument.) These rocks would be completely submerged under a foot or 2 of water at high tide.

Looking for treasures with Sophie at Cabrillo National Monument in San Diego.

Our whole family on a great day!

Trent found this really cool starfish with purple spots stuck to this rock.

Perfect little stairsteps--7, 4, and 2 years old. On our way to our neighborhood pool.

Our little exhausted Sophie one late night watching Elmo on the computer and eating her favorite snack in the entire world--Doritos.

The veterens cemetery on the drive to Cabrillo National Monument. It faces the Pacific Ocean, and on the other side of the road, the graves continue and face the San Diego Bay.

We found a really cool cave while exploring the tide pools.
